Finally! Relaxer

Hey all, summer is really rolling along. Iv been enjoying the days off that I haven't been posting all the work iv been doing with hair thus far. So just to let you know the timeline on my next few post are a bit off (behind).

Finally! i put a relaxer in Mi Mi's hair. Her last relaxer was March 6 meaning she was post relaxer for 14 weeks. Boy was this a lot of new growth. Actually her hair wasn't all that bad. Only thing was with her wearing protective styles mostly through out the time i really needed to remember to detangle more often.
Anyway, here's what i did this relaxer:

I pre-poo Mi Mi's hair with Organic Olive Oil Scalp Protector on her scalp and some Luster Pink Smooth Touch Olive Oil relaxer. I just had came across this formula. It is enriched with EVOO and Argan Oil with a triple conditioner system for high sheen. (I liked it really cause it had the EVOO and Argan Oil.) After the neutralizing  and deep condition i did a tea rinse with black tea. Then using a cotton t-shirt i removed any excess water. i then applied some African Pride Olive Miracle Growth Oil and placed her hair in a bun and let it air dry.  i didn't style Mi Mi's right away. It was a day or two after but within that time her scalp had become very dry. So, i applied  African Pride Magical Gro Maximum Herbal Strength sectioning it through out her head applying it to her scalp. It was very much needed. Next on the shaft of her hair i added a small amount of Carol's Daughter Healthy Hair Butter and Mimosa Hair Honey. Then using Cantu She butter Flat Iron Spray i flat ironed her hair into a simple style.

Note: Currently MiMi is coming up on a wash day so keep a look out for that. I told you guys I was behind. I just wanted you all to know what I did this relaxer and to see the great style.
